Our Process

First Half: Let’s Talk About It

We kick things off with engaging, down-to-earth learning. Think guided reflections, group convo, and “aha” moments around topics like emotional boundaries, energy awareness, or how to stay grounded when life gets loud. It’s like a TED Talk meets a cozy coffee chat with Tracy’s signature poetic vibe and practical tools you’ll actually use.

Second Half: Let’s Move Through It

Then we roll out the mats. Each yoga practice is tailored to the theme, whether it’s a grounding flow for emotional clarity, a heart-opening sequence for connection, or a restorative chill-out for spiritual reset. No pretzel poses required. Just movement that feels good and makes sense for your body and your life.
